ALICE Physics Performance Report

This web page is to make available the current version of the ALICE PPR to the PPR working groups and ALICE Collaboration as well as to provide editorial help.

The framework used for the ALICE TDRs has now been setup also for the PPR; the Templates and Procedure are detailed further together with the Editorial Rules on the Style of the document.

The Target Dates detail the PPR short term planning.

The starting point to introduce the PPR in the new Framework is: PPR version of November 1, 2001.

Definitions of symbols (math, journals, gas mixtures ...):
HTML and Postscript (as for TPC and upgraded for the TRD)
All are defined in /afs/cern.ch/alice/ppr/all/tdr-defs.tex (which is loaded by default, the editors need only to use those definitions)

Please do not use "newcommand" in your text files !!
